  1. Perform full integrity Due Diligence of nominated Applicants for Authorised Representative status
  2. Report findings of integrity Due Diligence to AFSL;
  3. Make recommendations to the AFSL as to the suitability of the applicant AR to be initially authorised;
  4. Conduct all Compliance Committee Meetings and furnish agenda’s and minutes;
  5. Perform random and targeted onsite and desktop audits of the AR, as and when required, with the appropriate reports located on the supervisory log.
  6. Perform yearly comprehensive compliance audits onsite and report to the AFSL on the culture of compliance at the authorised representatives business
  7. Deliver training to the authorised representatives in respect to compliance procedures and policies as and when requested or identified.
  8. Provide an integrated and on-line reporting and register compliance regime to ensure robust reporting compliance, with 24/7 access by the AFSL.
  9. Monitor 24/7 and supervise authorised representative activity on all social media sites.
  10. Review for approval all promotional activities of the AR including promotional materials, emails, scripts, articles, social media inputs, expo activities.
  11. Monitor 24/7 the online and internet activities such as websites, of authorised representatives with immediate alert responses.
  12. Review for approval and monitor 24/7, unauthorised changes of all websites operated by the AR.
  13. Monitor 24/7 any changes to company structures including; shareholding, Directorship and company indebtedness of authorised representatives.
  14. Maintain a supervisory log of all supervision applied to the authorised representative that can be monitored online by the AFSL, 24/7.
  15. Maintain a clear and permanent audit trail of all actions and correspondence with respect to the supervision applied to the authorised representatives.
